What is eShares?

eShares is an online platform for issuing, signing, and receiving electronic shares, options, convertible notes, and warrants. We are a registered Transfer Agent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The eShares platform has two parts:

For companies and law firms

eShares allows companies and the law firms that serve them to issue electronic securities and maintain accurate cap tables. Our electronic securities capture important data like vesting schedules, price per share, liquidation preferences, and more.

For investors and employees

Every electronic security on eShares must be accepted by the security holder. That security holder can create a free portfolio on eShares, which they can log in to at any time to view their security's details, track their vesting (if applicable), and download or print the documents associated with the security.
